Proteus Lite is a limited and shareware version of the Proteus program. It comes equipped with three professional applications: Isis, Ares and ProSpice. This Lite version is designed for educational, teaching or domestic use, or to start getting used to the Proteus.
With Isis you have everything you need for designing, creating and developing electronic schemes: Ares lets you create printed circuitboards and finally ProSpice is really the main tool, which simulates the complete circuit.
So, by combining all three applications in Proteus Lite you can design, draw, create and print all types of electronic circuits. In the simulated design of these circuits you can use all types of virtual instruments and animations which make the circuit function much more explicit (ideal for educational presentations). Proteus Lite also has a practical autorouter that makes some parts of the circuit design easier.
